Field information

The study site is located on the eastern slope of the Kiso Mountains, called as the Central Alps, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. The forest is mostly natural forest, and has a rich biological diversity due to the wide range of altitude.


The dormitory can accommodate 30 guests.
